Honestly i've loved this kdrama. Loved the plot, the acting, the cinematography everything was perfect till yesterday's ep. So in Ep 15...

Carrying on-

The fact that there so much more chemistry between Mun and Hyeok-u just blows my mind. Mun may be the heroic, forgiving type but some moments just get me into "ship" mode i just ughhh i can totally see this trope "enemies to lovers" and I totally support it only if hyeok-u gets a redemption arch. So like lemme just spill now

Firstly when mun looks into hyeok-u's memories and sees his dad threatening and neglecting him.

Next he sees how hyeok-u gets locked inside a closet when he was a kid probably as a punishment for misbehaving as a kid (but we know how that works out)

"You must have had a lot of memories... you wanted to forget"

Next, the gay feels. How do i even begin? The way mun falls asleep beside him? The "You're up?" in the morning while hyeok-u just woke up and has no clue where he is? That view of hyeok-u's jacket slipping off just one shoulder as he stares bewildered at mun (classic sexy female lead move bruh, the writers just being slutty now)

"come, lets eat" "Have you gone insane? Why tf would i eat with you" bruh this cracked me up so much not gonna lie. His face while saying this pffftttt so offended omfgg XDD

"Gosh you're handsome" Followed by mun's chuckle and glance at hyeok-u as if he's checking and being all 'yup he do be handsome'

THAT FUCKING SMILE WHEN HE LOOKS AT HYEOK-U THO OMFG YOU CANNOT LIE THAT IS *THE* SMILE DONT FOOKING LIE TO ME

Taking care of him, giving him the damn spoon to eat...my heart cannot take it ughhh

I call this the "closing the distance while spitting straight facts and increasing the already spilling over tension between us" scene. Just fooking look at hyeok-u my god he's just barely managing to stay straight. These writer-nims and directors be super smooth with these lines and scenes huh?

Come on i shouldn't even have to try for this scene...

JUST LOOK AT THAT OOF. The fact that he let him rest his head against his shoulder?!??!!? ICONIC KDRAMA COUPLE MOVE BRUH. If this was any other drama with a straight couple, this would be that classic tell of romance and the two ending up together. Not to mention the postures but hyeok-u is just so adorably leaning against Mun and Mun just doing the "grim male lead face" just ...

BRUH I CANNOT ANYMORE OOF. JUST LOOK AT THEM I WILL CRY I SWEARRR

Also technically they gave them way too much screentime considering kdrama standards. They basically are a couple now. Dont try changing my mind. I will die on this ship. Beginning of Episode 10 has me sooo mad

Watching Uncanny Counter episode 10 right now and I haaaaate all the people from Young so much right now ... Especially Wi Gen. She's the worst right and I don't think I can like her again unless she sincerely apologizes to Mun.

I know what they are trying to protect and I know Mun had issues controlling his emotions and I know he had an urge to kill at some point but :

=> how are you going to tell someone you're punishing them for the emotions they feel ? And go as far as comparing them to an evil spirit ? Especially when such emotions were felt while facing his parents' murderer, and when facing off the people who kidnapped and beat up his friends to a pulp. They want to use human beings but they don't want them to act as such, while harboring human desires of their own (eg : Gi Ran wanting to be reincarnated).

=> NOTHING WAS EXPLAINED TO HIM ! He didn't know him dying would lead to Wi Gen's spirit vanishing. I understand she got scared when it almost happened but if she had properly informed him about their contract he would have been more careful. She didn't even tell him about it AFTER that happened....

=> Speaking of contract ... HE DIDN'T GET ANYTHING IN RETURN. The other 3 got to wake up from being in a coma or literally brain dead - THEY GOT A NEW LEASE ON LIFE - but Mun didn't get shit from Wi Gen lmfao. She made some lame promise about letting him meet his parents without even checking first that their souls had reached the afterlife ... and obviously she couldn't deliver on that. The only thing Mun got aside from his powers of course (not counting that since that's necessary for the job) is that his leg was healed but even that was not given by Wi Gen - it's Mrs Chu who took the initiative to make it happen. And as I write this I realize that this was necessary too for him to do his job ... so what did he get ? Some ghost grandma threw him into a life of danger while dangling a promise she didn't even make sure she could deliver on and gave him back his leg just so she could take it away again. UGHHHHHH. And finally ...

=> Wi Gen is a LIAR. She obviously is not doing that because of him risking both their lives or else she would've contacted the Inspector even before the mess the Counters made during the press conference. Imo she's doing that because Mun is capable of summoning the Territory and apparently when he does she's at risk of disappearing. I get she wants to save herself but all she had to do was tell the truth to Mun and the Inspector ... I hope she had a good reason not to but all the points above are still incredibly unfair AND she could have informed Mun of the danger separately. He wouldn't have summoned it again knowing it was killing her.

Gi Ran spouted some nonsense about respecting your partners' life but the people from Young don't give a damn about Mun's life :(
