Rant time.

Wicca, Pagans, Witches etc. Not every single witchy and or spiritual person wears bell sleeved dresses, sits in a room full of collected items, feels the need to practice witchcraft on a constant basis, is floaty and fearie like with long hair. (And those who dress this way chose to because it’s their personal preferance.) We all wear our meat suits differently, we all act and think and feel differently. And we are not one catigory of people who dress and act exactly the same. But instead a group of individuals connected by their beleifs. So settle down with insulting witches who don’t dress and act the social norms. By doing that you insult everything you believe in.

My Witch/Wiccan/Pagan Rant

I am going to number my opinions on what erks me about popular pagan beliefs/thoughts.

1. The Wiccan Rede, I understand that it's great to be good, but Wiccan is a nature based religion, a nature worship religion, nature is neither good, nor bad, it's w.e it chooses to be, it's chaotic so why do Wiccans and Witches hold themselves to being this beings of only good, I've also noticed how they take the Wiccan Rede to be like a tenet or a rule, it's a Rede, it's advice/guidance not a rule.

2. Wiccan's claim to be Wiccan yet I often see a COMPLETE disinterest and focus on The Horned One, The Horned God is a representation of the wilder side of nature, the aggressive masculine side, everyone want's to focus on the beautiful blossoming side of nature with flowers and trees but there's no focus on the aggressive masculine aspect nature that is just as important.

3. Fluff Bunnies - to be a Wiccan is to be a Priest of the respective religion; yet I see a great mass that don't know the basic rituals/ceremonies, the origins of Wicca itself, it's pioneers or the meanings behind their practices.

4. Witchier-then-thou attitudes, there's no need for it, this also sorta follows onto how some young pagans have a nasty habit of bashing christians.
