Years later Robin encounters the Shepherds and grows closer to Chrom, but their love for Azura holds them back from getting near him romantically. They do fall in love etc. And Chrom is actually Azura's reincarnation so they were reunited.

{ ohh, definite yes on the platonic heart! The romantic one I’m a bit more iffy on? I wasn’t a particular fan of the relationship development in their supports (localized since i can’t find a translation of the japanese version) since it didn’t really feel like there was much... development in general. At least not enough for a romantic relationship. I might have a different opinion after plotting though, so we can throw some ideas around and see! }

Leo let out a sigh, but couldn’t help but to smile. His daughter had her own way about going through things. And no doubt no matter what Leo said, the girl would continue to call him mommy. At least when she remembered she declared him as such.

Well...so long as it wasn’t in front of anyone in the court. He could bear it. Though Niles might be more INSUFFERABLE about the nickname than the nobles.
