Hotdog x Ketchup Working with people on a project can be a real life dampener. If there is anything you can be certain of, it is this, ‘Fight will soon start!’ The last couple of weeks have been the most collaborating I have done in my entire life. The experience has been worthwhile as I gradually understand the dynamics of team management in creative collaboration. It has exposed my true personality as a team member, the areas I need to improve and maintain as well as the situations that lead to conflict and how to make the most of them. I find it weird that my teacher says, “Conflict is good” but when he follows it up with, ”a group or team of ‘yes men’ can never make a product better that what it is’, it sort of makes sense. Have you ever had a reason to butt heads on a collaborative project? If you have, how did it turn out? How did you address it? Did it make the resulting project better or worse? I know. What are you? A monster?! Don't eat dogs 🐶. Eat dogs. It's been a challenge getting back to the routine of drawing and posting everyday. I need to do this not just for likes and ffs (those are nice), but for the mindest. To have a consistent mindset to draw and deliver even when clients aren't around. I started this since Dec 15, 2018 and the result was boosted confidence, like i could do (okay! Maybe not 'do') but i could draw or illustrate anything. I'll keep pushing. I'll start small as always with food and ill work my way up to more complex illustrations.
