It finally hit me; remember the post talking about how a lot of the humanized characters designs were "tall skinny dude in a suite"? The source is Jack Skellington. I mean, the Oncler definitely contributed in later years, but Jack Skellington is the origin (and I'm not even saying this to be mean to Jack- because I love that movie, or the various character designs- because I have indeed seen some great ones that go into that category, I'm just like "Yeah, I did it, I connected the dots")
