let me just start by saying i loVE YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING MAYSILEE FREAKIN’ DONNER. SHE IS SO IMPORTANT AND YOU ARE A GIFT TO THIS FANDOM FOR SEEING HOW IMPORTANT SHE IS AND MAKING A BLOG FOR HER OKAY YOU ARE A GIFT!! now onto other stuff. we haven’t spoken as much ooc but the times we have, you have come across as one of the loveliest people, and i have a feeling there are plenty of others who would agree. plotting with you is a joy and writing with you is exactly what rping should be -- no pressure; fun; meeting each other half way with ideas and enthusiasm and being able to enjoy every thread knowing you’re writing with someone who has a clear love for their muse and a clear respect for both you as a writer and your muse as well. you are perfect. i’d recommend you and your incredible maysilee to anyone. you’ve taken one of the lesser known/generally ignored book characters and developed her into a beautifully developed three dimensional character. as a member of ‘team remind-the-fandom-how-important-maysilee-is’, i couldn’t be more excited. in fact, i’d recommend any of your muses to anyone, because they’re all so incredibly developed and beautifully written, but the first day i saw you’d made a maysilee i could’ve literally jumped around with excitement and it hasn’t faded. i love you and your maysilee so much and i love writing with you. now we’ve gotta do more stuff in the ‘double the victors’ verse. ;)

      “I remember you       ain’t it funny how we both landed here.” Somehow Chrysta        believed that fluid words  would  come  out  of the other in which she spoke to ;        because it wasn’t funny at all. The ex - capitol native knew about the procedural        advances when it came down to an avox, but this girl seemed all too different in        circumstance.     We humans rely on nostalgia to keep pressing forward in our     lives ; whether it be we learn from our past or let it eat us from     the inside out. Far too many shadows lingered around the petite daughter of      masterful design, yet she walked about Panem as if it were overrun by ghosts.      Jokes were the girls only alibi in sustaining a livable sanity.

my opinion on;

character in general: maysileeeeeee my precious. i love maysilee. and yes it’s partly because she’s such an important part of haymitch’s backstory and the movies not giving a shit about that only makes me stubbornly love her even more. it’s also just because she’s badass. i mean what a smart little shit adding poison to her darts and kicking ass. she’s resourceful and logical and quick thinking and that’s why she’s so important. not many people are worthy of being haymitch’s ally. how they play them: i know it’s still kinda early days but i love her already. there have been maysilee rpers in the past and they’ve stuck around for a week or two then faded out, but i really hope you stick around because i love the dynamic she has with haymitch already and i love the aus where she’s alive and i love that she’s witty and can match hay’s snark. i think you’ve taken a character we had hardly any info about and made her even more awesome.the mun: we’ve only spoken a little but you’re lovely. you can come bug me any time with hcs or au ideas or anything really i don’t mind at all. you’re a joy to talk to.

follow them: yeahrp with them: yepwant to rp with them: absolutely sign me the fuck upship their character with mine: ---- kinda? like it has to be in the right verse with the right build up y’know? i know some of the fandom ship them in the arena but he has a girlfriend back home and he’s far too loyal for that. it’d have to be in aus where there’s no girlfriend or anything like a relationship elsewhere. he’s a one-woman-at-a-time kinda man. so yeah kinda.

It must’ve been years since he last  bothered  to  show  his face in time for breakfast,  but  he’s  here, and he doesn’t quite know why. He just knows that there’s a  spark  in the girl this year,  and it has him curious. There’s a hint of opportunity there, even if she strikes him as somewhat of a  loose  cannon  (after  all,  not every tribute would dare hurl a knife across the room at their mentor. Perhaps it shouldn’t be something to admire, but he’ll blame it on bitterness and his twisted sense of humour).

He takes a seat across from his  fellow mentor with a sharpness in his eyes that’s been lacking for quite some time;  a determination and the tiniest spark of an idea just  building up as the cogs turn in his mind. It’s a matter of cost vs worth when it comes to aiming for victory. He’s found that most times,  all the consequences and the sacrifices required to win far outweigh the rewards. But still...
