yes hello i recently gave someone an extremely stern warning because they've commited a bunch of textbook vandalism in recent times what should i do if it is to happen again

I'll assume this is a question for the Wikipedia advice column my askbox moonlights as these days.

The short version is, if you've warned them in a way that makes it clear that they'll be blocked if they keep it up, report them to this noticeboard to be blocked by an admin.

I have no idea what you're trying to say tbh but if it's a complaint or question about the outcome there then you can take it to my talk page onwiki? I guess? but if you have found that RfD then you presumably already know that
