NEW YEAR PAGE UPDATE WITH PAGE MASCOT SPRINGIN’ CHIP!!!
Heya folks! Springin’ Chip here once again with a personal and page update. HAPPY NEW YEAR!! My whole schtick on this page is to promote positivity, so I’m just going to mention that I’m looking forward to 2026, and I hope you are as well! I’ve talked to a lot of people who are going to be getting away from bad influences like alcohol and drugs this year, and many who will be using 2026 for personal growth. I think that’s all a good thing, and personally inspiring. So much so that I’m going to try not to lick any more residual wine from reachable dinner glasses, even though it’s sweet-smelling and makes me feel GOOD, and I’m gonna try hard to not drop fat deuces on the kitchen floor at 3AM anymore as well! You’ve got events like the Winter Olympics and the FIFA World Cup coming up, so those are coming in hot if you’re into sports. I’m not gonna get into geopolitics, because I’m a canine and that’s not what we do on this blog. But I do keep up with the news and based on what suddenly happened in Venezuela this weekend… its looking like gas prices are going to be very, very cheap in the US as a bare minimum for the foreseeable future! The world economy as a whole could slip and slide either way. But let’s just keep a happy thought, quit being so damn negative and hope we fall ass backward into a deflationary economy where people can actually afford shit again soon. Here’s to better days, better attitudes and better people!
Anyways, it’s been a while since I’ve hit this page with an official update, how have you been lately!? Really!? No way… tell me more. OMG. Seriously!? Wha- REALLY!? What else? Seriously!? No way. Really!? They didn’t! OMG… OMG! I can’t believe that. Good God, what a detailed and complete account of how you are these days. I’m so glad that we had this chance to catch up, we should really do this far more often. I’m personally happier than ever these days! I’m spending a lot of time with my gal pals, Ruby and Romi. Just above is a video of us playing our favorite game, Dick-In-The-Shrub, and the girls ALWAYS elect me to be the dick! I guess I’m good at it or something! I’m still a hot mess on the leash after two full years, and whenever I’m taking a walk, I enjoy suffocating myself by yanking, bolting and jumping at squirrels, bunnies and birds! Recently, I’ve had a muzzle applied to my snout every time I’m off leash at dog parks because, for some inexplicable reason, I just can’t help but try and bully other dogs, particularly male dogs that are FAR LARGER than myself. It took me a long time to come to terms with it… but I think I may very well be an asshole with very little self-control. But I’m young, gifted and handsome! This year, I’m likely going to be doing some training classes to help me chill out a bit and start to slow down and not assault my fellow canines anymore. I’m also still the only fully literate page mascot for an awesome blog on Tumblr. That said, unto the page update!
So, folks, we’re officially running out of materials to post over here. At most, we’ve got three paintings left until the art barrel is empty. I wouldn’t call 2025 an exceptionally inspiring year, so we did the best we could to bring you as much new art as we could without burning out. We’ll keep operations here going on as normal until March-April of 26’, and afterward we’re going to need a LONG break from this platform. And by LONG, I mean we’re probably not going to post anything until 2027. While we’ll still be around to like your posts, th3-0bjectivist has expressed to me a need to get off all forms of social media and channel his creative efforts into a few large creative projects. I don’t know if it’s obvious, but this blog takes a good amount of writing and all kinds of multifarious efforts to keep going in a consistent and qualitative manner. Those efforts can be better spent elsewhere soon, and not posting to social media can be very mentally healthy. th3-0bjectivist needs to get his mind/body back on track, so he’s going to be working out in the gym extremely hard and taking up transcendental meditation this year. As such, artistic efforts will grind to a complete halt until a far better state of body/mind is achieved. But fret thee not, dear follower; we do fully intend on coming back to Tumblr sometime in 27’, and just to be clear we would never self-delete this blog, so the archives will be around FOREVER. Let me just take this opportunity to plug our Deviant Art page, which is our one-and-only point of sale for canvases on the internet. Also, the th3-0 is currently obsessed with the video game ARC Raiders, so if you play that game you can find him under the handle RandySalvage.
