Im sure there’s a lot to love tom petty for, but my favorite thing is how he always looks in his photos with the wilburys, like he’s some fanboy in a self-insertion fic that got plucked outta the audience to play music with the grownups and he’s doing everything he can to like ‘be cool be cool be cool oh my god i am standing next to A BEATLE’
