Lots of variables go into why things break, but sometimes stuff just happens. This bike has been well loved, beaten, and crashed. The drive side chainstay cracked not too far from the BB. This particular rider is strong and rides hard so the replacement chainstay will be a beefed up version of the one I cut out. #wilcocycleworks #repairwork #warrantywork #singlespeed (at Hershey, Pennsylvania)
