Alexander Supertramp otherwise known as Christopher McCandless was a man with a wild beard. One day he and his beard decided to go to Alaska; it was the death of both of them.

David Nichols and his Kiwi-beard slept on my couch for about a week and a few days, he had a mattress in the back of his van and I told him it probably wasn't a good idea to go around telling strangers that. David too has the adventuresome spirit I admire in a man, his spirit though is a bit more practical and rests a lot more comfortably than Supertramp's.
