Amangeaux is sitting in a bar basically brooding before being approached and offered a drink by a nearby patron.
After really having to calm herself down from seeing a flash of red hair, (mainly by the fact that this person has a very different personality) they begin talking. Ruby actually has some level of knowledge on who Amangeaux is (her random bouts of extremely in depth historical knowledge that shows up every once in a while being very helpful) though only up to maybe halfway through the ravening war. Amangeaux knows about Ruby, at least cursorily she made sure to keep track of Pamelia's the Rocks family. Past that they strike up conversation Amangeaux has plans to head back to Comida and offer assistance to the new emperor at some point, but for now they chat and if they meet again they'll chat again.
(If Ruby ever learns of the conspiracy that Amangeaux was a part of their will be a fight and who knows who will win or survive, but thats not now, thats simply a potential.)
