the rules for mercury and Neptune are if you want to get both of them, you have to offer two things each for Neptune and mercury and he also have to draw a picture of them together with your OC/Sona or you can pair up with somebody, and draw them on a play date with the Nico you picked with your oc/sona along with the other persons oc/sona
