Quickly, she waved her hand at his words, as if dismissing them as she rose a hand to run through her blonde hair as she couldn’t even look her knight in the eye. He saw her in tears and red with anger. But she had placed the paperweight down, she couldn’t throw what she had been given to her from her Mother.
“He just… doesn’t understand!” She growled, not even realizing that this was the time that he had used his voice. “You and I go to each spring day after day and I cannot for whatever reason reach to Hylia and gain her powers! Because of that, I must focus on the guardians and the shrines and their secrets.” Zelda grumbled as she glared at the wall then to the mess she had created.
She moved to grab the papers that scattered around as she inhaled slowly before leaning down, shaking her head. “It’s… It’s not your fault, Link. You should never have to be tied into this. The sword has accepted you as its wielder and I am just as my father sees me. Even if I train hard in those frigid waters, I am a failure.” Her voice was soft as she cleaned up her study as she looked to the window she broke. With a sharp inhale, she held her breath before exhaling as she closed her eyes.
“And I need to replace that window once more. Do you think one of the guards found my books by now?” She asked, glancing to her knight as she seemed to have calmed down a bit more.
