Important information regarding Wildfaery
I have to warn everyone who consider to purchase tickets or buy from Wildfaery. I'd made a really bad experience with their customer service.
I had purchased my pre-order tickets from wildfaery on february this year. However, I was only able to get my tickets by picking them up in the philharmonic orchestra in cologne few days before the orchestra would have started (08.24.19). In the end I found out that Wildfaery hadn't sent me the tickets because they miscalculated their ressouces. They hadn't informed me of this circumstance, nor did they reply to most of my e-mails. I've become so frustrated by their customer service, so I searched for help and I found it in the philharmonic orchestra in cologne. They made it possible that I could at least get my tickets.
I highly regard to consider your choice to buy from wildfeary. They weren't honest to me nor did they try to help me but in the end, where most of the matter was solved by the philharmonic orchestra in cologne. Wildfaery tried to convince me that most of the work was done by them, when in reality the effort made was done by the philharmonic orchestra staff. I want that as many people as possible know about this experience of mine, so that they know what kind of organizer they're dealing with. Never again!
