He didn't seem sure of how close he wanted to get. The chair restraining Ken was set not quite in the center of the room. He might not have noticed the restraints, given how... normal...everything else looked. Unfinished food left on abandoned dishes on the counter, the little signs of living sometimes overlooked in the act of cleaning. But he noticed them. Ryo leaned against the opposite wall, arms crossed, frown deepening. "What the fuck did you do now, you idiot genius?"
If there was one thing Ken didn’t like, it was being restrained. It had happened two too many times and brought to mind nothing but painful memories. At Ryo’s voice, his head inched upwards, thoughts already turning to how he could play off his fear.
“I’ve pissed a lot of people off,” he replied, giving a tiny smirk. Including you, I’m sure. “Hurry up and untie me, will you?” Seriously, hurry. “...You are going to untie me, right?”
