For Mothers day her Kindergarten teacher had the students make cards. It did make Maisie said she was missing that aspect in her life, however Maisie decided to turn it into a positive day and celebrate the women who were in her life. She was very excited to give her grandmother and aunt a card. From that year on the tradition continued.
She was a smart kid and quickly picked up on the fact her father was younger than her classmates parents. Maisie was proud to see how hard her dad was working to accomplish his dreams on becoming doctor. Also seeing how much stress he was under she made sure she was always on her best behavior.
Little Maisie enjoyed going to her grandfathers practice. There she got to experience what her grandpa did for a living and what her father was also inspiring to be. When she would get home from her visits you could find her playing doctor with her very own practice.
In school Maisie would always look forward to art class. She loved painting. For Christmas she asked Santa for a painting set and was over the moon when she saw it under the tree Christmas morning. To this day Maisie loves drawing and painting.

Her dad had an important exam and she did not want him to miss it because of her. After all the things her dad had done for her she could sit in her classroom for a little bit longer. As the school day went on Maisie's stomach bug continued to get worse and ended up getting sick on her teachers shoes.

The summer of her freshman year of college Maisie was making her grandmother a scrap book for her birthday. While looking through old pictures she had found one of her mother. Quickly noticing how much she resembled the stranger in the photo she stopped what she was doing and went straight to the store for some hair dye. Since then she has been dying her hair a deep red.
Currently she's a medical student trying to juggle school, family and her personal life.
