Saturday was great! There was a good amount of people for a small venue. Whiskey Faithful started it off with some good ol folk/punk. We may be doing a split together soon! I played next and people really seemed to enjoy it! I got lots of love! Everybody took CDs and stickers so that’s good. One guy even joined in with a washboard for one of my songs! Jangle Leg was awesome! Played a nice swampy set before heading back to Miami. They used my kick drum-ourine which was cool. We traded CDs too. Then Bath Salt Zombies played and killed it! I’ve heard of these guys but it was not what I expected. They were a ghostly, folky, Primusy, jam band! They even covered “Winona’s Big Brown Beaver” ha! Slap acoustic bass and theremin?! Yes please! Very cool guys. They invited me to play a FEST! Woohoo! Playing a fest would be nerve wrecking but so so sweet! Hope it happens. Thanks again to Uromancy for coming out! Go follow his blog!
