Have you seen Seconds (1966)?
Yes

Haven’t even heard of this movie
Will Geer (March 9, 1902 – April 22, 1978)
Rock Hudson in the Paramount Pictures/Gibraltar Productions/John Frankenheimer science fiction psychological horror film Seconds, 1966. Also seen are Richard Anderson and Will Geer as the doctors, and John Randolph as Hudson's character as an older man in the framed photo Rock holds up in gif six. Hudson co-produced this movie through his rather cleverly named company Gibraltar Productions, a play on the screen name his gay agent Henry Willson dubbed him with years earlier when his real name, Roy Harold Scherer Fitzgerald, was deemed unworthy of appearing on theater marquees. In relation to this movie in which Rock, a forcibly closeted gay man in real life, played an older man who undergoes cosmetic surgery and changes his name and identity entirely only to find disappointment and dismay, Gibraltar Productions involvement adds a somewhat poignant, borderline uncanny valley touch.
