When will was first starting at camp he would follow Lee and Michel around but he only held their hands and skipped, I'm talking about like an 8 year old exclusively skipping to get anywhere and holding hands as he does so. But I feel like Lee and Micheal would swing their arms when Will skips with them.

Headcannon that Will read somewhere that lips are one of the most heat/temperature senstive body parts so when his hands are busy and he finally remembers to check if his patient has a fever he suddenly gives them a long forehead kiss that has turned awkward way to many times. At first it was embarrassing and campers had no idea how to react but now it's something all the kids in the medic tent to do to both check temperature and comfort hurt/sick kids after whatever they've been through.
