In Revelation 4 we are presented with four living beings full of eyes.
Revelation 4:6 And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind.
They have four faces.
Revelation 4:7 And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle.
They each of 6 wings of eyes and do not cease praising God saying “Holy, Holy, Holy”
Revelation 4:8 And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was and is and is to come .
These beings are first found in Isaiah 6 and are called “seraphim”:
Isaiah 6:2 Above it stood the seraphims: each one had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly.
The gematria of the above verse is 5752.
From what the Bible teaches about these four living beings, my assumption is that this is a picture of the Holy Spirit. These beings forgive sin and only God can forgive sin. My assumption also is that since this is the first occurrence of these four living beings that the number 5752 would additionally shed light on who these beings are.
Strong’s H5752 = Oded. Oded means “restorer” according to Strong’s. I looked at Abarim productions to see the meaning of Oded since they give a more detailed look at the root meaning. Abarim productions says it means “a perpetual witnessing”.
The Holy Spirit is a restorer and a perpetual witness to us, so I thought that was a match.
The first use of Strong’s H5752 is about the Holy Spirit coming upon the son of Oded, Azariah.
2 Chronicles 15:1 And the Spirit of God came upon Azariah the son of Oded:
Again another match. I looked at what Azariah means and it means “Jehovah has helped”. The Holy Spirit is our Helper.
I looked at Bible verse # 5752. Joshua is a type of Christ bringing the Israelites into the promised land which is a type of eternal life. God says He will be with Him. We know Jesus is described as full of the Spirit constantly. God was with Him through His Spirit.
Deuteronomy 31:23 And he gave Joshua the son of Nun a charge, and said, Be strong and of a good courage: for thou shalt bring the children of Israel into the land which I sware unto them: and I will be with thee.
The gematria of verse 5752 is 5397. Strong’s H5397= breath. The breath of God is the Holy Spirit.
Job 33:4 The Spirit of God hath made me, and the breath of the Almighty hath given me life.
Job uses H5397 seven times; more so than any other book
There are 4 verses in the bible with a gematria of 5752. Coincidentally that matches the 4 faces of the living beings.
These are the four verses.
Genesis 43:11 And their father Israel said unto them, If it must be so now, do this; take of the best fruits in the land in your vessels, and carry down the man a present, a little balm, and a little honey, spices, and myrrh, nuts, and almonds:
Isaiah 6:2 Above it stood the seraphims: each one had six wings; with two he covered his face, and with two he covered his feet, and with two he did fly.
John 2:4 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, what have I to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come.
Acts 13:49 And the word of the Lord was published throughout all the region.
I can see Acts 13:49 being tied to the Holy Spirit. The goal of the Holy Spirit is to publish the word of the Lord throughout the world. Further the key word seems to be “publish”. It is Strongs G1308. This verse from Job using H5397=”breath” which is the Spirit has a gematria of 1308.
Job 4:9 By the blast of God they perish, and by the breath of his nostrils are they consumed.
John 2:4 I believe there is something there but I haven’t understood it fully yet.
The first verse with a gematria of 5752, Genesis 43:11, on a hidden level is tied to the Holy Spirit. There is a famine in the land which on a hidden level means a spiritual famine for the word of God. Joseph as a type of Christ has Simeon whose names means to “ hear” and therefore obey. He has taken away their hearing. Jacob commands his kids to bring back the “best fruits” in order to be fed and get back their hearing.
The “best fruits” is Strong’s H2173. It comes from the root meaning “to prune” of “to trim”. The Holy Spirit prunes us so we bring forth fruits of repentance.
Matthew 3:8 Bring forth therefore fruits meet for repentance:
When we are willing to repent God will feed us with His word and we are open to Him revealing Himself to us.
Job has another verse with H5397 = breath in it that has a gematria of 2173.
Job 37:10 By the breath of God frost is given: and the breadth of the waters is straitened.
Verse # 2173 is about the Holy Spirit acting as a hornet and striking down. Strong’s H6880 = ”hornet”. It comes from H6879 which means ”to strike down”.
Exodus 23:28 And I will send hornets before thee, which shall drive out the Hivite, the Canaanite, and the Hittite, from before thee.
The hornet is a figurative power of God striking down His enemies.
SO...Isaiah 6:2 is the first occurrence of the 4 living beings in the bible. The way the Bible describes them, they seem to be the power of God in action. The Holy Spirit is the invisible power of God. The gematria of this first verse about them is 5752 and the number 5752 and corresponding numbers sure seem to point to the Holy Spirit.
As I said in a previous post 911 = 311. These events show the same thing in a different way. Both start with a hidden 527 (descending) and have a 442 (judgement) in them.
The day count between these 2 days is 3468 days.
This is the first use of Strong’s H3468 = salvation:
2 Sam 22:3 The God of my rock; in him will I trust: he is my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge, my saviour; thou savest me from violence.
God is our high tower and salvation. In 911 the high towers fell. These high towers are man’s pride. When we put our trust in ourselves to save us through our money, strength, intelligence, etc we have built our own high tower. Our trust and salvation should only be placed in our Heavenly Father.
Clay had repeatedly pointed to this verse after 911 containing the first use of Strong’s H343 = calamity.
Deuteronomy 32:35 To me belongeth vengeance and recompence; their foot shall slide in due time: for the day of their calamity is at hand, and the things that shall come upon them make haste.
Deuteronomy 32 is the song of Moses. 2 Samuel 22 is the Song of David. The Torah portion containing Deuteronomy 32 is called “Haazinu”. The haftorah of Haazinu is 2 Samuel 22. Pretty incredible.
Haazinu is the Torah portion either before or after Tishri 10, the Day of Atonement.
Tishri 10 is the jubilee and a day of liberty.
Leviticus 25:10 And ye shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubile unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family.
Based on Isaiah, Tishri 10 is also a day of vengeance:
Isaiah 61:1-2 The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; 2) To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;
Clay’s 911 verse, Deuteronomy 32:35, is about God’s day of vengeance, expected to be a Tishri 10 event. The Song of Moses, Deut 32, is also found in Revelation 15:
Revelation 15:3 And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints.
Revelation 15 is about the 7 bowls of the wrath of God, His vengeance.
“And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God.”
Tishri 10, the Day of Atonement is then referenced in Revelation 15. The phrase “no man was able to enter” is a reference to Tishri 10.
Revelation 15:8 And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from his power; and no man was able to enter into the temple, till the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled.
Leviticus 16:17 And there shall be no man in the tabernacle of the congregation when he goeth in to make an atonement in the holy place, until he come out, and have made an atonement for himself, and for his household, and for all the congregation of Israel.
It seems clear that the towers falling are tied to Tishri 10. My assumption is that the bowls of wrath of Revelation 15 begin or end on Tishri 10.
The way I am understanding the Bible right now, it seems there is a descending in the clouds, a resurrection and a rapture of Spiritual Israel as per 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17. This is separate from the 2nd coming. This begins the towers falling. This might be a Pentecost event. Christ then returns to save national Israel and pour out His wrath/vengeance. Spiritual Israel in their glorified bodies reign with Christ during the millennial reign over national Israel in their mortal bodies.
Recall this is day count verse of 23958 to 311. It is about when national Israel will see Him again.
Matthew 23:39 For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.
Per my last post the towers at 9/11 fell after 442 minutes. There were 442 nuclear power plants in operation at the time of the 3/11 Japan earthquake/nuclear event. 442 is the gematria of Enoch translated which is a type of the rapture.
My thinking was that this 442 number is a rapture number. It is in a way but there was another 442 event that I could never understand but I believe I have a better understanding now. So it leads me to believe this 442 number is a judgement number. I’ll try to explain it.
Enoch’s gematria of 442 =”translated” is from this verse:
Hebrews 11:5 By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.
3/11 was 23958 days from Japan’s first nuclear event, the bombing of Hiroshima during WW2 on August 6, 1945. 23958 = 33 x 726. Strong’s G726 = “harpazo” or what we call the Rapture.
This is verse 23958 about the coming of Jesus:
Matthew 23:39 For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.
The verse jump from Matthew 23:39 to Hebrews 11:5 is 6220. Enoch was born after 622 years.
3/11=311. 622=311x2. All numbers point to Enoch.
This is verse 6220. It has a gematria of 2718:
Joshua 15:17 And Othniel the son of Kenaz, the brother of Caleb, took it: and he gave him Achsah his daughter to wife.
This verse about Enoch has the matching gematria of 2718:
Genesis 5:21 And Enoch lived sixty and five years, and begat Methuselah:
So Joshua 15:17 has something to do with Enoch. Let’s see the story.
Joshua 15:15-17 And he went up thence to the inhabitants of Debir: and the name of Debir before was Kirjathsepher. 16) And Caleb said, He that smiteth Kirjathsepher, and taketh it, to him will I give Achsah my daughter to wife. 17) And Othniel the son of Kenaz, the brother of Caleb, took it: and he gave him Achsah his daughter to wife.
Kirjathsepher means “the city of books”. Othniel means ”the lion of God”. Achsah means “anklets” or “fetters”. She is in bondage to something.
So we have the Lion of God taking a city of books and marrying someone in bondage. We have the New Testament picture of this in the book of Revelation. This is the only time Jesus is called a lion in the Bible.
Revelation 5:1-5 And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals. 2) And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof? 3) And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon. 4) And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon. 5) And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.
Further, Kirjathsepher is renamed Debir. Debir is the same word used for the Holy of Holies, where God resides.
In my posts on Revelation and Rebekah I showed why I thought this book that the Lion of God was holding was the Book of life.
This story of Othniel is a picture of the redemption work of Jesus and sitting down at the right hand of the Father as the owner of the Church/Enoch/Book of Life.
Then the other 442 event.
On June 1, 2015 a Chinese ship called “Eastern Star” sank after going into a violent storm. Sadly 442 people died and thankfully 12 lived.
The “Eastern Star” reminded me of the star from the east that was the sign of Jesus’ first coming.
Matthew 2:2 Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.
June 1, 2015 was 1543 days after 3/11. According to Wikipedia it sank at 21:32 which begins minute 1293. The numbers 1293 and 1543 can be seen in the second half of the story of Achsah.
Joshua 15:17-19 And Othniel the son of Kenaz, the brother of Caleb, took it: and he gave him Achsah his daughter to wife. 18) And it came to pass, as she came unto him, that she moved him to ask of her father a field: and she lighted off her ass; and Caleb said unto her, What wouldest thou? 19) Who answered, Give me a blessing; for thou hast given me a south land; give me also springs of water. And he gave her the upper springs, and the nether springs.
After Othniel marries Achsah she asks Othniel to talk to her Father Caleb about something she wants. She tells her father she has been given a “south land” which means a “dry land” so she wants the upper springs and lower springs. Strong’s H1293 (matching time of incident) =”blessing”. Strong’s H1543 (matching day count)=”springs”.
I will say I don’t have a 100% confidence in what I think this means, but I will give my 2 cents worth. Springs in the Bible are “living waters”, they are abundant life or eternal life. I think that part is clear.
However this “upper and lower water/spring” and “dry land” remind me of Creation.
Genesis 1:6-9 And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters. 7) And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so. 8) And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day. 9) And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.
In creation you have heaven dividing the upper and lower waters and dry land appearing. Achsah is given dry land and now she wants and upper and lower water from her father/the Father.
Is this a reference to the new creation coming? The bible refers to a new heavens and earth with our eternal life dwelling with God-like Debir-in the Holy of Holies.
Revelation 21 1-3 Then I saw “a new heaven and a new earth,”[a] for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. 2) I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. 3) And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God.
The Eastern Star has a hint of Noah’s ark to it also. 12 were saved, 442 died in this storm of water. In Noah’s story there was water from above and water from below flooding the earth, then dryland appeared. The 12 saved is like the 12 tribes of Israel. The Church is part of spiritual Israel.
So this 442 number must be a judgement number otherwise 442 would have been saved. The Rapture is a judgment.
This is verse 442. It is about the judgement of Sodom and Gomorrah:
Genesis 18:17 And the Lord said, Shall I hide from Abraham that thing which I do;
There are 2 verses in the Bible with a gematria of 442. The first is about who is in charge of a nation. Whoever is in charge is in charge of judgement. The second is about judgement:
1 Kings 22:47 There was then no king in Edom: a deputy was king.
So the number 442 appears to be about judgement. When 442/ judgement is complete the last tower will fall, this is 9/11. Part of the coming judgment is the Rapture where the Church is saved-this is 3/11. The third 442 from the Eastern Star is that judgement of the righteous -the 12 saved- and the judgement of the wicked- the 442 that perished.
I posted last time on 527 and 9/11. I don’t know if any 9/11 material has ever been posted on this site so I thought I would show the numbers involved because I want to show another link to 3/11.
I will never forget the horrific events of 9/11. I can’t comprehend the evil involved. I was not studying the end times back then or numbers. I started studying the end times back in 2008 when I was given a set of Mark Biltz Dvd’s on the feasts of the Lord. It absolutely changed my life. During this time I also started reading some material that Clay had posted about 9/11 and its numbers.
Here is a summary of what clay posted:
9/11 = 911
157th prime number is 911
157 people were killed on NYC flights
In base conversions 343 dec=527 octal=157 hexadecimal
343 firefighters were killed
At WTC number of people killed on the flights plus the flight numbers = 343 (92+11+65+175)
9/11 is day 254.
254 celsius = 527 Kelvin
Further here is a timeline of the events of 9/11:

The 4 flights were in the air for 254 minutes.
The first crash by flight 11 into the north tower is at 8:46:40. This is minute 527.
As a reminder Clay had felt God had highlighted the number 527 prior to this. 527 was the age of Jared when Enoch was taken.
Further there were 3 towers that fell, towers 2,1,and 7 in that order.
The height of the 3 combined towers was 3340 ft (1368 + 1362 +610). Strongs G3340 = repent
High towers in the Bible are a picture of man’s pride in the face of God. 911 is the number for emergency. Although God did not cause this horrific event to happen, He allowed it to happen in His way with His numbers to scream to America: Emergency and Repent.
I believe the high towers collapsing are a picture of what the Bible says is coming.
Zephaniah 1:14-16
14) The great day of the Lord is near, it is near, and hasteth greatly, even the voice of the day of the Lord: the mighty man shall cry there bitterly. 15) That day is a day of wrath, a day of trouble and distress, a day of wasteness and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness, 16) A day of the trumpet and alarm against the fenced cities, and against the high towers.
Isaiah 30:25 And there shall be upon every high mountain, and upon every high hill, rivers and streams of waters in the day of the great slaughter, when the towers fall.
The 3/11 Japan earthquake and nuclear meltdown is another major numerical event. It is a type of 9/11.
The 911th minute is 3:11 p.m (911 = 311)
The Jewish day begins at 6 p.m. There are 12 hours to 6 am. Then 12 hours to 6 pm, and the conclusion of the day. So in the Bible when it says “Jesus died at the ninth hour” it means 3 pm, which was the time of the evening sacrifice.
So if you were to follow the jewish way of telling time, the 9th hour and 11th minute is 3:11 pm our roman way of telling time and the 3rd hour 11th minute is 9:11 our time. (Another 9/11=311)
The 3/11 Japan earthquake happened at 2:46 pm, which would have been the 8th hour 46 minute on the jewish calendar. The first plane crashed into the tower at 8:46. (Again 9/11=3/11)
The biggest number to come out of the 3/11 nuclear event was the number 442.
When 3/11 happened it was all over the news that there were 442 nuclear powerplants in operation throughout the world
Enoch “translated” has a gematria of 442 in this verse:
Hebrews 11:5 By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.
IF you go back to the 9/11 timeline the South tower was the first to collapse and it did at 9:58:59. Let’s round it up 1 second to 9:59 to make it easier on math. The #7 tower and last tower to collapse was at 5:20:33 pm. Let’s round this up to 5:21 pm. From the first tower falling to the last tower falling was 7 hours and 22 minutes or 442 minutes. So 9/11 and 3/11 are pictures of the same event. The completion of the towers falling are when minute 442 is complete. Enoch is translated at 442.
From my last post (titled “527”) both 9/11 and 3/11 start with a hidden 527 which is tied to the descending. The towers fall is complete at 442 when Enoch is translated.
There are other tie ins between 9/11 and 3/11 but I believe they have been covered in previous posts on this site.
The 8th book of the Bible is Ruth. It is read every Pentecost. Just as God redeemed His people from slavery in Egypt and entered into a marriage covenant with them at Sinai on Pentecost, the book of Ruth is about redemption and a marriage covenant.
The book of Judges ends with this verse:
Judges 21:25 In those days there was no king in Israel: every man did that which was right in his own eyes.
Ruth, the next book, begins with this verse:
Ruth 1:1 Now it came to pass in the days when the judges ruled, that there was a famine in the land. And a certain man of Bethlehemjudah went to sojourn in the country of Moab, he, and his wife, and his two sons.
A “famine in the land” in the Bible symbolizes a lack of listening to God and obedience to God. The last verse of Judges set the stage for the book of Ruth. No one followed God.
The name “Ruth” either comes from a root noun meaning “companion” or from a root noun meaning “to see”. I use Abarim publications quite a bit and there is a good article there if you wish.
I believe the name Ruth comes from Strong’s H7200 meaning “to see”. She has “spiritual eyes to see”. She is opposite of the people the last verse of the book of Judges describes.
As I stated above the book of Judges ends with the statement that everyone did what “was right in his own eyes.” Then we have a book about a gentile convert whose name means she has eyes to see to follow God and His laws. Makes sense.
Numbers seem to confirm this.
Ruth is Strong’s H7327.
Bible verse 7327 uses Strongs H7200 “to see”. They didn’t physically see but they spiritually saw:
1 Samuel 5:7 And when the men of Ashdod saw that it was so, they said, The ark of the God of Israel shall not abide with us: for his hand is sore upon us, and upon Dagon our god.
There are 2 verses in the Old Testament with a gematria of 7327 matching Ruth’s Strong’s number. Both verses are about God judging the sins of His people and specifically both groups of people burned incense to other gods. They didn’t have the spiritual eyes to see their sin and turn to God and His laws.
2 Kings 23:5 And he put down the idolatrous priests, whom the kings of Judah had ordained to burn incense in the high places in the cities of Judah, and in the places round about Jerusalem; them also that burned incense unto Baal, to the sun, and to the moon, and to the planets, and to all the host of heaven.
Jeremiah 32:29 And the Chaldeans, that fight against this city, shall come and set fire on this city, and burn it with the houses, upon whose roofs they have offered incense unto Baal, and poured out drink offerings unto other gods, to provoke me to anger.
Lastly, Ruth has a gematria of 606. The jewish people say there are 613 laws. There are 7 Noahide laws that all people must keep and 606 additional laws given at Sinai. Her gematria matches these Sinai laws at Pentecost. Ruth has the spiritual eyes to see the goodness of God and His laws.
So Ruth means “to see”. She has spiritual vision.
She makes this statement to Naomi:
Ruth 1:16 And Ruth said, Intreat me not to leave thee, or to return from following after thee: for whither thou goest, I will go; and where thou lodgest, I will lodge: thy people shall be my people, and thy God my God:
So if Ruth is a picture of the gentile convert then who is Naomi?
Naomi is Strong’s H5281 meaning “beauty” or “pleasant”. It comes from Strong’s H5278 and H5276.
There are 3 interesting verses that seem to point to a potential meaning.
God is beauty.
Psalm 27:4 One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to enquire in his temple
God’s law and commandments are pleasant or beautiful.
Proverbs 3:17 Her ways are ways of pleasantness, and all her paths are peace.
God’s covenant is beautiful.
Zechariah 11:10 And I took my staff, even Beauty, and cut it asunder, that I might break my covenant which I had made with all the people.
It seems that Naomi is a picture of what I would call “Spiritual Israel”. Paul indicates in Romans 11 that there is one tree. This tree is the remnant of Israel that has been saved through the ages or what I would call “Spiritual Israel”. Some branches have been broken off and others grafted in. Ruth is a type of those grafted in. She had eyes to see. Those branches broken off had eyes that could not see.
Romans 11:8 According as it is written, God hath given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear; unto this day.
Combine this with the name of Naomi’s husband. She was married to Elimelech meaning ”God is king”.
The gematria of the verse that says Elimelech died is 2424. Strong’s G2424 is Jesus, the God who is King:
Ruth 1:3 And Elimelech Naomi's husband died; and she was left, and her two sons.
So it would seem that Elimelech is a hint to the death of Jesus Christ that was necessary for there to even be a “spiritual Israel”.
Boaz as the redeemer is a type of the Risen Christ. His name means “by strength”. By the strength of the Lord we are saved not by anything we do.
I have posted repeatedly about numbers surrounding Methuselah are linked to John the Baptist.
Methuselah’s name means “man on a mission” or “missionary man”.
He is a type of John the Baptist indwelled by the Holy Spirit sent forth to fulfill the mandate of Matthew 28:19. Teach and baptize:
Mathew 28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
John told people to repent. Strong’s G3340 = repent.
Matthew 3:2 And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
Methuselah becomes the father of Lamech at age 187. This verse has a gematria of 3340 matching John’s message to repent and be baptized.
Genesis 5:25 And Methuselah lived an hundred eighty and seven years, and begat Lamech:
The first word in the Bible with a gematria of 187 matching methuselahs age is Strong’s H4723 = Mikveh. It means a gathering of waters.
Genesis 1:10 And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good
The final stage of conversion to Judaism is with a Mikveh. A mikveh was required for ritual purity after birth and menstruation. It is tradition for brides to have a mikveh before their wedding.
Some have seen John the Baptist as performing a mikveh or at least taking the idea of purification through water, the mikveh, and applying it to baptizing.
Notice verse 187:
Genesis 8:3 And the waters returned from off the earth continually and after the end of the hundred and fifty days the waters were abated.
It looks like the Flood was a mikveh for the earth. As a matter of fact the minimum amount of water required for a mikveh is 40 seah of water matching the 40 days and nights of the flood.
Peter alludes to the flood being a mikveh or baptism:
1 Peter 3:20 Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.
1 Peter 3:21 The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ:
So the Flood was a mikveh. It is a picture of a cleansing by water and a new life arises.
There are 187 chapters in the first five books of the Bible, what is called the Torah or the word of God.
Paul says we are to be washed by the water of the word, the torah and its 187 chapters - a mikveh.
Ephesians 5:26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,
There is throughout the Bible the concept of a baptism or mikveh leading to salvation.
At the Exodus (from Egypt) the sea was parted for the Israelites to walk through and they were brought to salvation while the Egyptians were judged. This is very similar to the Flood where the unrighteous were judged and the eight souls on the ark were saved.
When the Israelites entered the Promised Land they crossed the Jordan on dry ground as God parted the river. This story is set in between the story of Rahab of Jericho hiding the spies and tying a red cord to her window and the destruction of Jericho. So again there is a judgement and a salvation through water.
God has promised not to destroy the earth with water again, but it appears He will with fire:
2 Peter 3:6 Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:
2 Peter 3:7 But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.
Isaiah 66:15 For, behold, the LORD will come with fire, and with his chariots like a whirlwind, to render his anger with fury, and his rebuke with flames of fire.
So since the Flood was a purification/baptism/mikveh my assumption would be that when God comes with fire and the righteous are saved, the fire will be a purification/baptism/mikveh.
John the Baptist actually says Jesus will baptize with fire. He says this in context of the coming judgement:
Matthew 3:7 But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees come to his baptism, he said unto them, “O generation of vipers, who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come?”
Matthew 3: 8 Bring forth therefore fruits meet for repentance:
Mat 3:9 And think not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, that God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham.
Mat 3:10 And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: therefore every tree which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
Mat 3:11 I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance. but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire
Matthew 3:12 Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.
Since the number 187 is tied to the flood being a mikveh/baptism and the flood is a type of the coming judgement of Jesus with fire, notice Strong’s G187:
Strong’s G187 = ”fully ripe” and is used only 1 time in an act of end time judgement by an angel with power over fire:
Revelation 14:18 And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire; and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust in thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; for her grapes are fully ripe.
Prior to Revelation 14:18 we find one like “the son of man” sitting on a cloud putting in His sickle and reaping. This I believe is Christ. So you have again a salvation and a judgment through fire just like the Flood and the Exodus.
Revelation 14:14 I looked, and there before me was a white cloud, and seated on the cloud was one like a son of man[a] with a crown of gold on his head and a sharp sickle in his hand.
Revelation 14:15 Then another angel came out of the temple and called in a loud voice to him who was sitting on the cloud, “Take your sickle and reap, because the time to reap has come, for the harvest of the earth is ripe.”
Revelation 14:16 So he who was seated on the cloud swung his sickle over the earth, and the earth was
harvested.
Of note, Methuselah who is tied to the number 187 and dies right before the Flood has a gematria of 784. Strong’s H784 = fire
There is more to this, however the Bible Wheel database is down so I can’t access the info right now.
So the thought is that there are 6000 years of man and a 1000 year millenial reign. This is based on God creating the world in 6 days and then resting the seventh.
The 1000 year millenial reign is from revelation.
Revelation 20:2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,
Revelation 20:3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.
Revelation 20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
Revelation 20:5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.
Revelation 20:6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.
Revelation 20:7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,
Revelation is highly symbolic. The 1000 years may not refer to an exact 1000 year period but may only represent the final seventh day of rest . The bible says a day to the Lord is like 1000 years. So God may be referring to the seventh day of rest symbolically and not saying it is exactly 1000 years long.
The reason I say this is because there is another clue, I believe, God gave us in the Bible to the length of the millenial reign or day of rest.
When you read Rev 20:2-7 it speaks of satan bound and he can’t deceive the nations. There is no sin is what I interpret this as.
There is a concept in scripture that sin pollutes the land.
Isaiah 24:5 The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant.
Psalm 106:38 And shed innocent blood, even the blood of their sons and of their daughters, whom they sacrificed unto the idols of Canaan: and the land was polluted with blood.
Jeremiah 3:9 And it came to pass through the lightness of her whoredom, that she defiled the land, and committed adultery with stones and with stocks.
Ezekiel 36:18 Wherefore I poured my fury upon them for the blood that they had shed upon the land, and for their idols wherewith they had polluted it:
Leviticus 26:34 Then shall the land enjoy her sabbaths, as long as it lieth desolate, and ye be in your enemies' land; even then shall the land rest, and enjoy her sabbaths.
So God says the land is polluted by the sin.
We also know Judah was punished 70 years for the sin Israel committed over 430 years.
Jeremiah 29:10 For thus saith the LORD, That after seventy years be accomplished at Babylon I will visit you, and perform my good word toward you, in causing you to return to this place.
Dan 9:2 In the first year of his reign I Daniel understood by books the number of the years, whereof the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah the prophet, that he would accomplish seventy years in the desolations of Jerusalem.
God instructed Ezekiel to lie on his side for 430 days total for the 430 years of sin.
Ezekiel 4:5 For I have laid upon thee the years of their iniquity, according to the number of the days, three hundred and ninety days: so shalt thou bear the iniquity of the house of Israel.
Ezekiel 4:6 And when thou hast accomplished them, lie again on thy right side, and thou shalt bear the iniquity of the house of Judah forty days: I have appointed thee each day for a yea
So if Judah and Jerusalem had to lay desolate/ enjoy her Sabbath rest for 70 years due to 430 years of sin then we can deduce mathematically that if there were 14 x 430 years or 6020 years then there would need to be 14 x 70 or 980 years of rest.
6020 + 980 = 7000
This I believe is the pattern that God has laid out for us to see.
The reason I believe that is because of the calendar of years I talked about in the prior post.
If you use the jewish calendar and apply it to naming the years rather than days you find that the year 6022 is the year called Cheshvan 1.
Cheshvan 1 is the day Solmon’s temple was finished. We are the spiritual temple.
Now I’m sure you noticed I am off 1 year. That is because the flood was for 1 year and that was a Sabbath of rest for the land so there has been 1 year of rest already.
So adding the one year the land laid rest to the 6020 years means that after 6021 years or in the year 6022, the year called Cheshvan 1 when the first temple was finished, the land needs to start resting, or the millenial reign needs to start.
Again this is seeing God’s pattern through the bible and making an educated guess as to how it plays out. This isn’t absolute truth. Only what the bible exactly says is absolute truth.
The Bible says a day is as 1000 years both in the Old and New Testament.
Psalm 90:4 For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night.
2 Peter 3:8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
Just as God created the world physically in 6 days and rested the seventh, there is expected to be 6000 years of man and a 1000 year millenial rest/reign.
At the end of the 1000 year reign is then eternal life. This is the “eighth” day. There is a completion of 7 and then a new cycle begins which eight symbolizes.
The number eight is Strongs H8083 and its root is H8082 meaning “fat”, “rich”, or “robust”.
The eighth Hebrew letter is the letter Chet which is called the letter of life since the Hebrew word for life begins with chet.
Examples of eight in the Bible symbolizing life are:
Jesus is said to symbolically rise on the “eighth” day since it was the day after the 7th day/Sabbath.
There is said to be 8 covenants in the Bible.
God reaffirmed His covenant to Abraham 8 times.
Eight souls were saved in Noah’s ark.
Waters of flood came upon earth after 7 days, so the eighth day.
Circumcised on the eighth day.
David is the eighth son.
Rebekah, the bride, born of the eighth.
Feast of Tabernacles has an eighth day signifying eternity.
Leper was cleansed on eighth day.
It seems clear that the number eight represents new life in the Bible.
I have showed in prior posts how the number 6 represents the completion of the physical.
The number 7 is about setting apart and spiritually perfecting.
Then the number 8 is the new life or new creation.
If what many people believe is true and this world will last 6000 years followed by a 1000 year millenial rest, that would mean the year 7001 would begin eternity or the eighth day.
God created the sun and moon for signals, appointed feast days, and measuring time.
Genesis 1:14 And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs (signals), and for seasons (feasts of the Lord), and for days, and years(measuring time):
The calendar of days the God gave Israel was based on the sun and moon. Our Gregorian calendar is just based on the sun.
There is a cycle of 19 that the Jewish calendar is based on. There are 12 regular years of 12 months and 7 “leap years” where there is another month added so there are 13 months. This cycle then repeats itself.
A standard Jewish calendar would then have 12 months of 354 days and 7 months of 384 days. (As a side note the Jewish people will sometimes add or subtract a day to a month in order to make sure that certain feast days end up on certain days of the week. That is why I say a standard jewish calendar)
So a standard jewish calendar would then have 6936 days in it. (12 x354 + 7 x384)
If you were to use this standard jewish calendar as a way to keep track of years rather than days you would then call year 1 Nisan 1 and year 2 Nisan 2 and so forth. Year 355 would be Nisan 1 again
Since there are 6936 days in the 19 cycle jewish calendar, day 6937 would be Nisan 1 again and if you were to use the calendar to keep track of years, year 6937 would be called Nisan 1 also.
As I said prior, year 7001 would represent eternity if the 6 day 6000 year theory is correct. If year 6937 is called Nisan 1 then year 7001 is called Sivan 6. That is Pentecost.
At the first Pentecost or Shavuot God married His people at Mt Sinai.
Marriage is the bringing together of the 2 into one flesh. At the second Pentecost is Acts 2 God dwelt within them by His Spirit and thus the 2 became one flesh. Our old flesh died and we were married to God in our new flesh.
So Pentecost is about marriage. Year 7001 symbolizes eternity and is the year called Pentecost. It is when God marries His people for eternity.
The eighth book of the Bible is Ruth and it is read every Pentecost. It is about the marriage of Ruth to Boaz and the eventual birth of David. Jewish tradition is that David was born and died on Pentecost.
You can follow the timeline of the Bible down to Jacob. He was born after 2108 years. If we knew what the 430 years of sojourning to the Exodus was we could date that.
Exodus 12:40 Now the sojourning of the children of Israel, who dwelt in Egypt, was four hundred and thirty years.
Exodus 12:41 And it came to pass at the end of the four hundred and thirty years, even the selfsame day it came to pass, that all the hosts of the LORD went out from the land of Egypt.
On my calendar of years I used the 430 years from the birth of Jacob to the exodus. That would put the exodus after 2538 years. Jacob born after 2108 years and 430 years to the exodus.
When you look at the jewish calendar, 2538 years is the conclusion of 7 cycles.

Cycle 2 is 354
Cycle 3 is 384
Cycle 4 is 354
Cycle 5 is 354
Cycle 6 is 384
Cycle 7 is 354
SO year 2539 when the exodus (if the 430 years is indeed from the birth of Jacob) happened and God married His people is the year called Nisan 1 and is the beginning of the eighth cycle. Nisan 1 is a type of new beginnings and thus a type of the number 8 also.
Further Isaac was 60 years old when Jacob was born. Isaac is the promised child by faith and beginning of the fulfillment of the covenant to Abraham.
So from the birth of Isaac to the exodus and marriage is 490 years (60 +430). Isaac was married to Rebekah 40 years later (A type of Christ marrying the Church). Israel wandered for 40 years and then entered the promised land (A type of heaven/eternity). So their marriage to Israel entering the promised land is 490 years also.
This 490 year period is a type of Daniel’s seventy weeks prophecy I believe.
Daniel 9:24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.
God consistently gives patterns throughout scripture that are types of what is to come. We can never say for sure what God is definitely going to do and how but I believe we can make educated guesses based on the pattern He has laid out.
