Lilies Not For Me

Remembering an age ago when this fellow was a regular Porter, *feels*

In the meantime, Will Seefried has gone on to be a writer/director and has just had the NYC premiere of his first feature film, Lilies Not For Me. Starring Fionn O'Shea, Robert Aramayo and Louis Hofmann who should definitely also get to be the Porter at some point, it's described as a period gay romantic drama. It is also a horror film as it handles a particular kind of medical treatment used to "cure" homosexuality in the 1910-20s.

It's a gripping film which should be in theaters in 2025. In a brief chat with Will after the screening he acknowledged that some of his SNM lineage comes through in the film – and I look forward to everyone seeing what he meant by that. Keep an eye out for this one.
