Lego has only uploaded the first two, but the other 8 eps of p1 can be found on Netflix, or if u do a bit of looking, pirated onto YouTube.

yes I did log in to Tumblr for the first time in YEARS to make a rant but it is well warranted I think. 

so not me last year seeing “KK updated books” and assuming it just meant the covers and I went “that's cool, moving on” to today realizing it meant ACTUAL CHANGES TO THESE BOOKS AND SOME STORYLINES 

immediately downloading it to my one kindle, to have my other kindle open with the original and a hardcopy for good measure and am now reading them LINE BY LINE for changes and I AM SCREAMING as I realize something

PAGE 28 Ridley Pearson takes out the line “A poster hung from the ceiling by a string, announcing the Virtual Magic Kingdom.”

I could mostly accept the change of “Finn’s dads digital camera” to his phone. but no. This man did NOT just decide to not have the VMK... you mean to say to me that to make it more to this generation we are not going to get the keepers having their characters in the VMK storyline so no philitup and willatree and just hold on a minute....

I am taking this to mean book 2 won’t have them texting over the DS’ and like no Jess’ iPod and probably eventually no Kim Possible phone game stuff. 

are they not going to be so excited to get their own fancy keeper phones now too???????????? what else Ridley what else have you taken from us.

ok literally WHAT THE HELL does a golden core do? Im on episode 22 and wwx floated his ass down a roof, can use talismans, (i have no idea if he can do the magic thing or not) but pretty much the only thing he CAN'T do is.... use a sword???? can't put a witch or a surfer to shame with riding skillz??

Literally any answer I give is a spoiler, I’m DYING. I think I was spoiled on this a little when I first watched so for your viewing pleasure it’s best that I just say that all will be explained and there’s a reason he is not using his sword and on an earlier ask you sent, the resentful energy he’s using is that fourth path he was going off on at the cloud recesses class when Lan Qiren kicked him out. So he’s dabbling in (and will pretty much invent) demonic cultivation where you use resentful energy from spirits that have died in terrible ways, harness that shit and use it to fight. It’s considered lowly and unthinkable because it’s something those without golden cores can do and is basically necromancy without skill or training and if you do have a golden core it’s unthinkable and lowly to do that instead of the established safe path of proper cultivation and history shows that it corrupts and consumes you and never works out for long. WELP, enjoy the next episodes because it only gets more wild from here

So I have this friend I consider her a sister, we were really close and stopped hanging out much but have started to again and I really want to come out to her as bi but I feel like it'll badly effect us? She says she supports LGBTQ+ but then she asked if i still talk to an old friend who I don't and said something like "well she's trans now" but really rude like and misgendering them and it put me off about telling her. It's been killing me keeping that part of myself from her though. Help?

It sounds like your friend is transphobic and possibly also has homo-/biphobia that she doesn’t even realise she has. A lot of cishet people ~think they’re super supportive allies yet they reprosuce a bunch of horrible misconceptions and stereotypes about the LGBTQIA+ community.

To me it sounds like you really want to tell her and know her reaction. You could even start out by saying something like “the way you said our old friend is trans made me wonder whether or not you’d accept me if I told you I wasn’t straight” - and then take it from there. Depending on her reaction you may be positively surprised and she’ll try to tackle her internalised queerphobia.However, if she does show a biphobic and negative reaction then you at least know where you’re at in this “friendship”. You deserve people who love and accept you unconditionally - and if she only is a good friend to you under the condition that you’re straight (and cis) then she’s not a friend at all.

KK Disney At Dawn: Updated Version Changes Part 1.

I am going to keep this... as short as I can, and break it up. I read the updated version side by side with the original. I have 122 comments and almost 250 highlights on my kindle now so there is no way I am getting into every individual change so I am going to say some of the biggest changes.

1. the one and only change that I 10000% agree with and was the obvious right choice is the fact that now any Jez/Jezebel ‘s are corrected to Jess and Jessica. This is the right move, no complaints here.

Now we get into some of my complaints and confusions

2. The whole VMK stuff is changed cuz the Keepers never knew about it. so Wayne builds a thing for them to get in to VMK (although Ridley in the 1st book change had Philby build them a room and now they know nothing about it but whatever)

meaning there are whole pages gone because all the dialogue is different and the Keepers have a group chat and stuff since there are cell phones.

Later in the book when Philby is doing VMK w Wayne almost all the dialogue is different. some of Waynes stories of the reasons for VMK and Wayne in the past having to learn to sword fight and stuff is completely gone. also Philby isn’t texting Maybeck information about the finding the server when they go to the Dino ride anymore either during the part when Wayne and P’s VMK avatars fight avatar overtakers

2a. now there is no keeper DS/VMK names (philitup, mybest etc) and I’m sad

3. Since they have phones there is no longer all the DS stuff which Im just nostalgic about and want it

4. The keepers getting into the park via one of Waynes guys is totally different. Chapter 15 and especially 16 is almost all rewritten and everytime this kinda of rewrite happened in the book I felt it just took out a lot of the meat of the book and made it super straight to the point and a bit.. bland?

4a. Some of it like Willa saying where the shed with past cast members costumes is, doesn’t make sense. since it used to the driver telling them this. How would Willa know 

4b. the driver doesn’t say he needs the passes back, and doesn’t take them to the costume unit.  oh and some lines are switched between characters. Finn says “don’t forget small world” when originally its said by Charlene

5. Then changes like Camp Minnie and Mickey is Pandora and stuff since there are differences in the Parks... which I guess I get. 

6. A lot of the texting between the keepers is gone also. maybe to shorten the story... but I liked their interactions through the DS

7. When Willa is going to Ariel’s Grotto, a lot is gone in the dialogue between her Ariel and the handler.

8. Now it isn’t a High School Musical parade show thing... which makes sense since it was out new then and not now... but im still sad about it

9. When Finn is in the theater for the Voyage show and the brooms are also there. now Finn’s dads blackberry doesn’t ring which makes everyone look at him, instead they all just look at him for no reason...

This is all the big changes in the first half of the book. I’m going to break it up and do a part 2.

My best friend is the only freshman at a high school party rn and I haven't left my house in a few weeks and have watched several Episodes of supernatural and one of my favorite YouTubers. That you’re in the annoying phase of grief over a breakup seems like a good sign to me that you’ll pull through soon. I’ve been there though I feel you, it sucks. 

I should watch more Supernatural. It’s a really good show. I hadn’t gotten to the point where Castiel comes in (which should give away how behind I am XD lmao) 

You should call up your bestie to hang out soon! Especially if school’s still out for you. Get those last hurrahs in before it’s back to the grindstone, y’know?
