001. NK drabble, ft. Willen and Buubo - “Tresses”

------- Westernbound sunlight beat down on the two teenage boys walking South on Wine Vale Road. It was cut through enough by the wind only to allow for their slow progression. Buubo would have surrendered to the nearly unbearable heat, but he found himself distracted - Willen’s curls, despite their volume, were quite easily taken with the breezes. The taller of the two observed the blonde-tipped tresses bouncing and reaching in the warm air currents. He smiled, thoroughly entertained. -------
