my first impressions on kirklund are as follows: 1) feels european 2) ??? ginger. these have no basis whatsoever, just my freakin' visions. i also think it'd be real fucking funny if he was taller than most people working at the bureau.

in short, imagine artemy burakh but shittier and also working for the government.
