That day in 2009 changed Chloe's life forever. She lost her best friend, and she came very close to losing her dad, too. With time, William healed, and the Price family began establishing a new normal.
When William tells her one morning that he wants things to go back to the way they used to be, Chloe doesn't see how that's possible. When William says he wants her to be a kid again and "experience life," Chloe thinks he's being ridiculous. When he says he wants to go camping like they used to every summer, she thinks he's out of his fucking mind.
Perhaps he is, but he knows there's only one way to get his daughter back to her old self.
