{🎸}                  What started off as a quiet morning in the suburbs, turned into people sitting on their porches staring in awe and excitement at the u-haul moving truck parked outside the house that was for sale. Was someone moving in? The house has had many owners before this new one, and they all fled within a month. No doubt that it would be the same outcome here too. Whoever this poor unfortunate soul was couldn’t have picked a worse house to live in. 

There wasn’t anything wrong with the house itself, but rather its neighbor. The noisy, aggressive,and often rude neighbor himself stepped out onto his porch to see who would be living next to him. Whoever this guy was seemed on the posh side, with antiques being carefully removed from the truck. “Tch. Just what we need around here. A rich snob...” Now would be a good time to assert his dominance. He walked over to see his new neighbor, and more importantly, show him who’s boss. This man...he definitely was a snob! Dressed in an expensive suit, wearing an expensive watch...

The kind of guy that looked down on him. 

“Hey! Hey you! You’re moving in here?”

It was reassuring to hear him say that she was being a good mother so far, it was honestly somewhat of a relief, but him going back to work meant that she would have to take the task of taking care of Yuri on her own. But she had studied and sometimes stayed up when calming down the fussing baby as she tried to read up on something she may not know about. “I suppose that’s fair, I should be okay for a few hours.” Angelique smiled reassuringly as she took another bite from the skewer until after she managed to empty it, setting it down with a soft and delighted sigh while just holding her beer bottle in hand while it set on the table.

The air was cool, and for a moment she fell into a daze, but green eyes blinked and looked over to William for a moment in surprise not realizing he had gotten up to go into the house. Though it wasn’t until a mosquito landed on her and almost took a bite and a well placed swat squished it did she decide to go inside with him very quickly.

The roaring fire was a comfort and it made her smile a little, loving the rustic feeling of having a fireplace roaring during a somewhat chilly evening. “A hot tub?” she asked curiously, having not been in one before.

I’m sorry not sorry about this mess of a sketch.  Tbh this is more of a test run for the character itself. But regardless, I’m going to enjoy myself for a bit before the small ship crashes and sinks. Been a while since I’ve been invested in an rp too, so thank you @william-t-sickofyourshit and @halfxblxxd for writing it! Hope you two approve of the sketches, despite how messy they are.  Have a good day everyone!

A rare breed- closed

Hazel eyes wearily opened, exhausted after another day of people wandering around upstairs and making so much noise. They sighed, it sounded like they were heading that way but they honestly didn’t care anymore. Guarding this fortune had been nothing but a bore, everyone ended up losing or guessing the wrong answer to their riddle. The cats began getting rowdy and chasing the toys scattered across the floor, playing roughly with each other but at least they were all keeping them company. So many years had they been trapped by the silver-tongued old man, luring them into a riddle that never had an answer then trapping them in this place...

Oh, the footsteps were getting louder, like someone was running down the hallway? They pushed themselves up, blinking the tiredness from their eyes and shifting to a sitting position on the couch. The cats even heard the noise, stopping in their tracks and gazing at the door before a few trotted towards the entrance only to be spooked by the person walking in. Another person trying to break in? They rested their head in their palm, a deadpan expression on their face “...made it past all the tricks and traps, made it down here to get into the safe? You have to get past me to do anything else...therefore you must do one thing, something small but you have a chance to turn back now...”

Raven lie on the forest floor, in wait of his next unsuspecting victim. He had spotted this poor fool about a mile away from his location and wanted to lure him away from the prying eyes of city folk. The less attention he had, the better. So what does he do?

He creates a false record. Soon, this man would see that he nearly missed a dead body, only to find out that this dead body wasn’t really dead at all. Though he was getting to be a bit impatient, he knew that waiting would prove to be fruitful and he would soon have what was wanted...Hopefully just a few snacks...

Finally, as if it was music to his ears, Raven heard footsteps. All that waiting payed off, because now he was going to be rewarded for his efforts. The ‘man’ closed his eyes and stopped breathing, trying to look as dead as possible. His long, black hair looking tangled and matted, and the greens, yellows, blacks and reds of his face paint were smudged.  This was as close to dead as he could look.

{🌵}                Lea skulked around the large city, getting the occasional stare from townsfolk. In this town, a dirty cowboy was the last thing anyone expected, or rather, wanted to see. The town was full of men neatly dressed in suits. Woman dressed in beautiful gowns made with only the finest materials. The paperboy shouted in the streets, trying to get people to buy newspapers. The town was bustling with activity and life. 

Which made it hard to pick a target. 

He stood outside the saloon, casually leaning against the wall and observing the crowds of people. They all looked rich, but it was so hard to isolate just one from the crowds. That is...until his eyes laid on one man in particular. 

He was so slender...probably had never worked a day in his life. He was well groomed and his glasses looked like they cost a pretty penny. But, more importantly, he looked innocent and naive. Someone who could be swayed and tricked far too easily. And he was heading his way...It was just his luck!

Lea pulled the tip of his hat lower, to hide his face a little as the other male approached. When he got close enough, he stuck his foot out to trip him... 

But quickly wrapped his arms around his waist to keep him from hitting the ground. “Whoa! You should be more careful. You okay?”

{☣}               Static. 

His brain was filled with static.

How many days had drifted by? How long has he been here? His memory was fuzzy. His face irritated him, the scars from the numerous and exhausting experiments itched and burned. He would gladly rid himself of them if his arms weren’t in a straight jacket.

How...did he get here? In the darkness of the basement? He remembered escaping his old cell, but everything else was a blur. He walked up and down bloodied corridors in a daze, until he arrived here. 

Couldn’t think...itchy...

Tiz stumbled further into the dimly lit rooms, bumping into multiple tables among the way. Where exactly was he going? He immediately thought somewhere safe. There was blood everywhere. Apparently, he wasn’t the only patient that escaped.

That was dangerous...

He hobbled over to a door, peeking through the glass window. Another corridor. There was no telling if this was the way out. He stared at the knob blankly, trying to think past the static. How could he open the door, if he had no use of his arms...?
