And only because the incident was captured on #Video. #PrinceGeorgeCounty #PoliceOfficer #JencheskySantiago was found #Guilty of #FirstDegree #Assault, #SecondSegree assault, #Misconduct in office and the use of a #Firearm in the commission of a crime of #Violence.
