Unpopular opinion: My prediction is Killian's gonna cross over and then Henry is gonna bring him back after the fact with the pen he's gonna find. ( I mean from a writers perspective, if you are gonna build a fail-safe like that into the plot, USE IT. )

It's too obvious, coming from a writing perspective though. It's such a one-and-done move. If they are bringing the quill back and it's that powerful, I need their to be a plot-line where their are consequences. With great power comes great responsibility. ( And they are trying to bring someone back from the dead, they need to balance it out somehow for death to keep it's weight. )
OUAT sometimes is too obvious!! Maybe they use the quill for something else.
I don’t know what it’ll happen but I feel like this is happening for Killian to choose to be with Emma. Since he was a kid, his agency has been taken away from him many times and with this storyline, Killian has a chance to choose what he wants. A future with Emma? Or move on with his brother? So I feel like their purpose might not be the suspense of what he’ll choose or if he gets back to life but the return of his agency!
