Presentation Reflection
The presentation went well as I tried to prepare as much as I could beforehand. The hardest issue was keeping it under the 3 minute mark which I went over by a bit as well as having to maintain a state of composure under the timer pressure. Overall, I learned a lot about what goes into textures in video games and got to speak with a Ringling Alumnus Max Golosiy who I hope to ask for some more advice in the future.

First traditional animation I made. Really simple, but I enjoyed the process.
Tasting - Willm Alsace Grand Cru Riesling Kirchberg de Barr 2011
Name: Willm Alsace Grand Cru Riesling Kirchberg de Barr Variety: Riesling Region: Alsace Country: France Year: 2011 Price: $20.95 Winery Review: 92 Points - Wine Enthusiast
With great intensity and structure, this is a wine that's all about texture and potential. It's expressive with white fruits and perfume, but there's a richness that's still to come. Drink from 2016 and see how the minerality and acidity will come into balance. My Review: I was impressed with how complex this Riesling was. Distinct apple and almond bouquet, but it didn't have the overwhelmingly sweet taste found in a lot of Rieslings. This wine concluded with an acidic bite on the finish. Overall, not bad! I wouldn't mind having another glass, but maybe with some food next time.
