My mind may be in a haze right now, lost with no direction and it may feel like the whole world is against me, but I woke up today. Got myself out of bed and carried on with my day And smile even when I wanted to shut people out. It was fucking hard, but I did it. I couldn't have done it with the support of my family and friends. They save me in way I can barely explain. Depression is hard, yes, but it doesn't have to define who you are. And yes, it's okay to hurt, to feel the pain, as long as you stand up and fight with everything you have.
