Dear family, Yes, I know bread has a ton of calories, and yes I know I shouldn't have two muffins in one day. Yes I know that the cookie I'm shoving into my mouth isn't good for me and yes, I know I should eat more vegetables. Yes, I know you think I'm fat. Yes, I know you think I'm not doing anything about it. But you know what? I don't care. It's my body, not yours. I am taking care of it, regardless of what you think. So leave me alone, and let me treat myself, because I'm single on Valentine's Day which means I'm entitled to not think about the calories for once and not think about the sheer amount of chocolate I'm eating and how it will all go straight to my hips.
