It's not so easy for them to find another gay couple like your anon suggests. It needs to be a gay TV couple where at least one actor, preferably both, are resolutely straight. The scenario needs a villain in the form of wives/girlfriends, etc. CrissColfer was the rare (only?) case where one of the actors involved was actually gay. And significantly, he's the one they can't even pretend to give a damn about.

Too true. Honestly, Chris is ... I can’t even their stand in cause they don’t care enough about him to even be a stand in. I guess he’s the umbrella they use to not seem like they hate on Mia cause they’re just jealous.

And i agree in every RPS fandom (extreme RPS), there is always one (or more generally 2) straight guys, 2 disney villain (the wives girlfriends). And yup I agree I can’t think of any other ship where one of the guy is gay ... Oh i lie Dan and Phil I guess ? But Dan came out later (did Phil do ?). Does anyone ship Jack Falahee and Conrad Ricamora ? 

And honestly if one couple had to be found they’d already had found them. Let’s just consider Lynne. She found a lot of them, she’s still around (hating on Darren) but she s a serial shipper and barely care about CC. So yes, if they had to get away by finding a new fetish fantasy, that would have been done.

The post about the statue being erected in her honour is untrue and the photo is a fake. I can't send links here, but googling her name will lead to more of the story. It is true that some people wanted to erect one, and a design was created, but the town (and reportedly her family) denied permission.

Dang. It’s such a great story. Too bad it isn’t true.
