I have been tossing these #Wiltern Theater photos up as I edit them, for the most part. Did not realize there was a twin #ArtDeco drinking fountain in there with the original ceramic bowl intact !!! The previous photo from a few days ago has a newer, sterile looking stainless steel bowl.

The Wiltern Theater opened on October 6, 1931 with the film “Alexander Hamilton” staring George Arliss. Originally named the Warner Bros’ Western, the theater was renamed the Wil-tern in the 1930s since the building stood at the corner of Wilshire and Western.
