I'd still love to hear your thoughts. I guess, I worded it a bit wrong. I don't think it's a personality trait he was born with rather something he was trained to be and believe. He said himself that he is 'a killer', at least he sees himself as one. As you said, that's something you can't shake off that easily.

Well, if that’s the case...^^  It’s more that I don’t think that the MoC amplifies what’s already there. :) The MoC is suppressing an angry, vengeful and destructive force, and I think it tainted the bearer, and that a lot of the bloodlust and coldness was the MoC seen through the shape of the bearer, not just the persons own desire in extreme mode. 

I agree though that he sees himself as a killer... but imo it’s definetly a trait that he was forced to learn, not one that is in his original nature...

Hm, I think some part of him still does like it bc the Mark was supposed to amplify what’s already inside a person, right? It’s probably part of who he is.

Hm, I can’t really agree with the second part... I read about that interpretation, but it’s too far away from my own understanding of the story that it would make any sense to discuss it. Guess it’s agreeing to disagree on that. ;)

Idk... sometimes I envy people who can watch it, because they seem to really enjoy the show and I’d like to, too? But I get so sick of watching it, it’s just... no. x.x
