“What happened this time? You didn’t go out on your own again, did you?” As much as she liked Bennett, she knew that his luck tended to repel other adventurers from even speaking to him sometimes. She found that unfair, but, the people of Mondstat were nothing if not superstitious

“Let me join you next time?” She asked after finishing with the last bandage 

Bennett shuffles automatically to one side to make room for her. "Oh - you don’t have to - thanks,” he says awkwardly, looking half embarrassed and half grateful. “I was looking for wolfhooks and I kind of ran into some hilichurls, and one of their grenadiers knocked me into a thorn bush. Y’know how it is!” he finishes a little too brightly.

“...Uh...” He blinks and then holds up his hands, flashing a grin. “That’s really nice of you, but you’ve always got super important things to do, right? Don’t worry! I’ll bounce right back, no need to go out of your way for me! I’m already taking up your time.”

Who wouldn’t notice some dickbag following someone in the middle of the night? Tartaglia certainly did notice. While he was suspicious, he knew that Lumine was strong and could handle herself if anything happened.

In hindsight, he should have taken that guy out the moment he saw him following Lumine. Childe manages to get into the other’s home, having noticed that the door was left ajar as he passed by a bit later. He had been worried immediately, and headed inside, his hydro blades already summoned.

He didn’t expect the sight he found when he finally broke the bedroom door down.

Like he thought, Lumine had protected herself. But...

“Hey, hey hey hey.” He moves to her side, the blades disappearing as he puts a hand on her back. He tried shushing her and trying to be some sort of comfort, “hey... Don’t worry. I’ll get this cleaned up quickly. Are you hurt? None of that is your blood right?”

He really should have killed that guy when he saw him. It would have been easier to get the body out too. But maybe one of those coupons Hu Tao had dropped on him would be of some use...

Being kissed randomly by essentially a random stranger was one thing, but then she touched their foreheads together--something that pushed him over the edge when it came to the unwanted affection.

Flustered but still barely able to compose himself, Evan stepped back and dusted himself off.

“I--I’m gong to assume you... you’ve mistaken me for someone else... My name is Evan Becker. I--I’m guessing you’re looking for... Venti, right? Ehe...”

Was Venti always so familiar with people that they would kiss him like so? Maybe he should ask him about that...

The world of Teyvat was a strange place, of how he came to be here..no, there wasn't a person alive that would believe that his voyage towards this strange land was through his mobile phone..that somehow did not work any longer. Upon looking at the screen Akira is greeted by a scarlet background with the symbol of an eye on it. This was..a sign to tell him that he was in the metaverse..but there wasn't a shadow in sight, though whilst being here he's gotten to know how things worked in Liyue and even now even met someone new..but he was rather surprised by her sudden grab against his wrist. Quickly looking towards the source of this grab, a blonde. “I'm sorry, do I know you?”

He's really let himself go today. Childe doesn't know how much he's drank, just that he's really drunk to the point where he can't tell which way is up and which is down. He hiccups, dropping a bag of mora on the bar. He brought enough to pay for the drinks, any extra's a tip. But he's been cut off for his own good, and he knows that his liver will thank the redheaded bartender eventually.

The harbinger was in Mondstadt for one thing and one thing only: procrastinate heading back to Snezhnaya. He wasn't stupid though, and thus didn't wear his fatui uniform to the bar, instead going for a more casual look. Though he's pretty sure the bartender knew who he was anyways.

He catches a glimpse of a familiar person with a certain floating companion, and he giggles to himself.

"Heyyy- Girlie, that you?"

Oh he's wasted.

"You were promised a kiss, so here I am!" Lumine stood on her tip toes and gently pressed her soft lips to Zhongli's.

He hadn’t expected to actually be kissed, much less on the lips by the Traveler. This was an intimate gesture, most rare amongst friends.

“Ah―Lumine, you didn’t have to...” The consul cleared his throat. “Please, you should keep those shows of affection for someone truly special.”
