That’s so kind of you to say! Thank you very much. I’m glad you found us. :)
I was tagged by the lovely bibliophilebunny.
Rule 1: Post the rules.
Rule 2: Answer the questions the tagger set on you.
Rule 3: Write 6 questions of your own.
Rule 4: ‘Tag’ 6 people - let them know that you tagged them
1. Which book(s) do you fall back on when you have nothing to read? It is either Kafka on the shore or Norwegian wood by Haruki Murakami. They are my two ultimate favourite books. I can never read them enough times.
2. Which is the book or books that you wish to read but have never gotten around to reading? I want to read To kill a mockingbird so bad, but i always have something else to read and i just forget about it.
3. Who is the author you admire the most? Probably J.K.Rowling and Haruki Murakami.
4. Which book did you wish was never made into a movie? I don't really watch movies, and it's even more rare that i watch a movie if there's a book about it. But i watched It's Kind of a funny story a year ago for some reason (I didn't know that it was made from a book) and now i don't really want to read it because i didn't like the movie that much.
5. Which book (series) - doesn’t have to be your favorite - would you recommend read? Maybe the Millenium Trilogy by Stieg Larsson, I really loved the story and would recomend it to anyone, who likes these kind of books.
6. The best advice you got from a book? "Life doesn't stop for anybody."
"Just remember. Life is a box of chocolates. You know, they've got these chocolate assortments, and you like some but you don't like others? And you eat all the ones you like, and the only ones left are the ones you don't like that much? I always think about that when something painful comes up. Now I just have to polish these off, and everything'll be OK. Life is a box of chocolates. I suppose you could call it a philosophy."
My questions:
1. There are people who read every book they've ever started even if they realize it's rubbish, only because they don't like giving up on a book. Are you one of them? 2. Do you buy books only because they're really cheap / on sale but know that you probably won't even read them? 3. The book that once made you a bookworm? 4. A book you think not enough people have read? 5. Who is you're all time favourite book character? (From any book you've read.) 6. What is your favourite book quote?
