I actually think Link being ASL would be wonderful. Not only does it keep to the way Link seems to gesture rather than vocally answer in nearly every game, it would be great representation for the ASL community. You keep up the good work. I think I saw a great piece of animation of Link signing. I'll link it to you if I find it again.

I love the idea of Link using ASL. 

I had art of it somewhere, I’ll probably reupload it because it just feels so natural for him to do so. I used to be able to use ASL myself (I’ve slipped super out of practice) but I love looking things up and being able to convey this as best I can. 

And since everyone can understand him in-game, it makes me smile to think that Sign Language is so common in Hyrule/Termina that everyone knows it and can communicate with him.
