How To Download Windows Spotlight Images

      Windows 10 is built with a unique wallpaper lock screen known as Spotlight. It automatically generates high definition images selected by Microsoft. They are very much tempting and eye-catching, captured by professionals. On the top right corner you'll see thumbs up, by doing so you can see more similar images you like. It's been always a curiosity for many people to download this images for using as wallpaper on home screen. Here's the easy tutorial to download windows spotlight images.

How to download spotlight images

1.  Simply open the Run dialogue prompt by pressing Win + R keys. Then copy the following command shown below:

                               %localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.ContentDeliveryManager_cw5n1h2txyewy\LocalState\Assets

           2.  After pressing OK, file manager will open a folder with a non-specific keyword. These are the        images you are looking for. Copy all of them [ctrl+A].

   3. Make a new folder anywhere you want and name it under Spotlight. Paste here all the files we have copied earlier.

4.  Now select all and open cmd [command prompt] and in that write [ren * *.jpg] and press enter. Boom, all your selected items will be converted into jpg format.

5.  By doing so you will find some junk files but don't worry they are just favicons linked with the            images. Filter by deleting them and you are done.

           There you go, now you can use these images as wallpaper and this also includes image suitable for mobile phone in high resolution. These images generate automatically during specific period of time and don't forget to save them again when you find some interesting and mesmerizing wallpaper   for your desktop.
