Kasplon is my FAVOURITE so I am more than willing to comply!!!

I just think that they’re so fucking soft with each other. Mike is a soothing presence and calms Eddie down, and Eddie just makes Mike all warm and happy. Most of Eddie’s “excess” energy tends to be directed at Richie/Bill/Stan anyway so he still has an outlet for it. 

But he’s usually pretty chill with Mike (usually). And they’re SWEET. It’s cavity-inducing. They both love physical affection so they’re constantly wrapped around each other. Mike’s always calling Eddie sweet pet names in private, like angel or honey or sweetheart. Eddie’s always showering Mike in affection. 

They’re each other’s shoulder to cry on. When Mike wakes up from a nightmare, Eddie will hold him close with Mike’s ear over his heart and play with his hair/rub his back. He’ll hum whatever song comes to mind, usually one of the sappy love songs they dance in the kitchen to when it’s just the two of them. 

When Eddie has a panic attack, Mike’s his voice of reason, always ready with grounding touches and reassuring words. Mike’s usually the one walking him through grounding techniques and holding him once he’s calmed down enough to agree to be held.
