#caesarsalad picdump from all over recently. This works really nicely ▶️ #windowsonthewater #morrobay gets the only thumbs-down of this set with a really sad roasted version ▶️ Back in Pismo at the standard: @pismogiuseppes at the bar with some blurry #anchovies ▶️ Up at SFO @mustardsgrill with a piled high and very nice version of the Romaine chop and Romano. Of the literally hundreds of similar versions I've been served this is the only one that makes the cut. Simple as it is, this clearly did not come out of a bag ▶️ Lastly, #cafedellavia in #cayucos with more optional anchovies on top. ▶️ Who makes a killer Caesar??? Do you ever order pork chops? I pretty much avoid them like the plague, having had FAR too many grey dry pieces of shoe leather in my life. Every once in awhile I allow myself to be talked into one though, Spoon Trade makes a decent one; I feel like Ember has had one on the menu a couple of times; here we are Windows on the Water with a pretty nice, tender, good pink, well sauced, flavorful piece. Remember 30 years ago when we were all terrified of trichinosis and nobody would even THINK of eating pork with any pink in it???
