This morning’s meditation was about “window weather”. How we can be sitting comfortably inside during a rainy, thunder and lightning storm, observing, knowing that we are safe. Same goes for our thoughts and emotions. Lately I’ve allowed one of life’s storms to get inside and wreak havoc. The mix of emotions has at times made it difficult to get out of bed and face the day, but I dig deep and show up anyways.
