Spring Wine Showcase
Owner Francis J. Cuomo and his team at DeRomo's Gourmet Market and Restaurant invite you to a tasting of incredible wines along with scrumptious small plates from DeRomo's, accompanied by live entertainment during the Spring Wine Showcase! Taking place on Wednesday, March 29th from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m, you can sample wines from around the world, sample fresh cheeses and gourmet treats spread out throughout stations in and around DeRomo's Gourmet Market at Promenade at Bonita Bay.
There will truly be a vino for every palette, as the event will feature 22 wines at 10 tasting tables; Fourteen Italian wines—nine red include two Rosso Tuscano's, Primitivo, Montepulciano D'Abruzzo, Valpolicella, Nero D'Avola, Cabernet, Merlot and Pinot Noir; while the five white include two Pinot Grigio's, Greco Di Tufo, Insolia, and Soave Classico! The other eight vintages are from different locales—Cabernet, Pinot Noir, a couple Chardonnays, a white blend, and a Riesling. All wines sampled during the event will be available for purchase, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Empty Bowls Naples.

Empty Bowls Naples is the main fundraiser in Collier County for the Harry Chapin Food Bank of Southwest Florida. It is a movement to heighten awareness about hunger and raise funds to help feed Southwest Florida friends and neighbors who may go hungry everyday.
