The Blend Is Near by Oddfellows

These are probably the most insanely epic tittles we’ve ever seen to introduce an animation festival. Made by the very talented guys at Oddfellows, for Blend, the great "conference- style party” for motion, design and animation that had just happened in Vancouver this last weekend run by Wine after Coffee. What an explosion of talent in Vancouver, real shame we couldn’t make it.

The style and animation in this tittles are superb! Hats off.

Blend is a two-day festival in Vancouver on October 16 & 17 hosted by the lovely creators of Wine After Coffee. Unfortunately I will be unable to attend but I adore this promo created for the event.

‘Blend Manifesto’ by Wine After Coffee

This lovely little film by Wine After Coffee is promoting their new animation festival ‘Blend’ on October 2015. In their own words: “Blend is a two-day festival in Vancouver. A conference-style party for our creative, design and animation loving family with some of the most amazing doers and makers.”

With design from Gareth O’Brien & Lucas Brooking, and animation direction from Sander van Dijk, the beautiful colour palette and minimalist graphic look of the trailer is super fun, as well as having ultra smooth animation by a team of very talented guys (Sander van Dijk, Jorge Canedo Estrada, Claudio Salas, Justin Lawes, Austin Robert, Marisabel Fernandez).
