Aperçu d’un petit apéro dînatoire à la maison, une occasion de découvrir des petits vins crétois. 𝐿𝑒 𝐷𝑖𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑟𝑎𝑚𝑣𝑜𝑠 𝑑𝑢 𝑣𝑖𝑔𝑛𝑜𝑏𝑙𝑒 𝐿𝑜𝑢𝑙𝑜𝑢𝑑𝑖𝑠: un Rosé sec élaboré à partir d’un ancien cépage crétois le 𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐤𝐨, cépage cultivé à l’époque où la Crète était sous gouverne des Vénitiens. Cette grappe a été délaissée mais depuis quelques années, les Crétois redécouvrent leurs trésors pour le plus grand plaisir de notre palais. Le Dithiramvos est un rosé léger à déguster très frais aux notes intenses d’arômes fruités et de fleurs.
