The Church of the Wedding Feast is built in Cana on the site where Jesus performed His first miracle - turning water to wine.(John 2)

This “simple” ceremony holds several significant facts, testimonies, prayer points we can hold on to.

Jesus’s first miracle at a wedding feast signifies the importance of marriage; Mary His mother recognized that Jesus was “ready even though He said to her “My hour has not yet come”, she had faith in His abilities as the Son of God.

May we always be surrounded by people who recognize when we are “ready” and encourage us.

May we tap into the testimonies of this wedding feast, may our marriages be as sweet as the wine Jesus made, fulfilling God’s command that we “.....be fruitful and multiply, and replenish the earth....” (Genesis 1:28)
