To preserve or not to preserve that is the question.... I was sent the Savino Wine Preserver ($49.99) to review. It preserves wine for up to a week. I'm doing a little experiment to see how it works. I poured some of the Sauvignon Blanc I was drinking into it and will taste it next weekend.
