Curious about your winged series, what would Moira and Mercy's wings be like?
Moira
Griffon vulture wings
Big well-kept wings with the top portion of brown feathers and the bottom portion of black-gray feathers
Very sleek looking
Try to touch them and she will use them to knock you on your ass and/or into the nearest wall to teach you a lesson
You thought she was intimidating before; she’s scary as all hell with those big wings behind her
Takes extra care in grooming them and making sure they’re in prime condition
Uses them for very swift combat
They’re the first part to be checked and taken care of after battle unless she has some life-threatening injury somewhere else, which doesn’t happen very often
Mercy
Canary wings
They’re bright yellow with some soft paler yellow and white feathers towards the tops of them
They were quite small when she was little, plus the bright yellow, so she was teased quite often
No one was teasing her when they finally grew into the rest of her body
Especially when she learned how to sweep people’s feet out from under them with her wings
She doesn’t take anyone’s shit now; she’s weaponized her now-gorgeous wings to the fullest extent
Instead of whacking someone over the head with her hand and/or clipboard when they’re doing something dumb, she does it with one of her wings
Not hard enough to seriously injure, just hard enough to get the point across
It happens a lot to McCree in particular
They puff up when she gets embarrassed or angry
She’s not embarrassed often; anger/irritation is much more common than not
Let Mercy say fuck
She’s terrifying using them during combat
From offense, to shielding herself and/or others, to propelling herself to where she needs to be at incredible speeds
She is smol and pretty and terrifying
