Did Vanitas stack a lot of stuff up as a makeshift ladder with no conceived notion of how that works? Yes. Did it work? No. Did he plummet off of it knocking every single thing he’d stacked onto the car he stole and wedging himself into the skylight of it? Yeah.

Angrily tossing the stuff off him and pushing himself up he winces realizing he now has glass in his side before looking up at Ven who had popped his head out of his window. Great. There went stealth. All of it. gone.

This was trinkets fault for trying to climb up after him.

Panic Attack Starters

Everything was too much. Too much. Vanitas felt tight everywhere, burning. Everything was burning. His skin. His brain. His internal organs. The roiling negativity was growing and growing within him and he knew he was going to vomit. But he couldn’t, wouldn’t, in front of Ventus. He refused to let him see him weak like this.

He shook his head, a little too fast for a little too long, and backed away from him, red eyes wide and skin pale. Ventus had noticed the shaking. The darkness in him roared further to life and his hand flew up to his mouth preemptively. He was unsure if he opened his mouth to answer, it would just make it happen sooner. The black tar would spill from his mouth and splatter to the ground.
