this was going to be a big deal. nerves had never been this high, well maybe they had been but she couldn’t think of a time. anna didn’t even know if this would be an okay thing to do... she had talked to kristoff about it, of course, and he agreed it would be a good idea. yet, anna felt like this just wasn’t something you asked. she felt almost awkward about it. (when doesn’t she though)
anna sent a text to elsa letting her know she was getting close to the subway stop. once she got off the subway she would have a quick walk to the older sisters apartment but anna always texted elsa while on the train. once the text was sent she shut the screen off. eyes staring at the black screen.
since they found out anna couldn’t have children life had been pretty different. not physically, but mentally. anna had gone through a really dark time after finding out. she was so lucky to have friends and family there to support her while she coped and figured things out. elsa was her biggest help. always being there for here, even if it was just a quick phone call to remind anna she loved her or even spending the night with her to just make sure she was okay. anna was thankful for the sister. she was so thankful. it made this scary. she didn’t know how elsa would react. it had never been brought up before. the idea never even put in elsa’s head.
anna stop came and she pulled her jacket close to her body, getting ready to brace the cold for a moment. the red head walked quickly to the apartment.
a soft knock on the door when she arrived. this was it. her only fear is elsa coming to resent her for even asking such a crazy thing of her. she just had to hope that wasn’t the reaction she got. she really could only handle a no and nothing worse. she braced for a no but really hoped for a yes... ❝ hey els! it’s me! ❞ she called.
